|Making A Purchase |
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will do our best to correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling |
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the goods for damage or wrong delivery before accepting delivery. No claim for damages or wrong delivery can be made if the carriers receipt is signed as goods received in good condition, signing for goods as 'Not Inspected' can not be accepted and shall be deemed as the goods being signed as in good condition. Any claim for damages or wrong delivery must be made to Cubiclefittings.co.uk in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods, failing which all claims shall be deemed to be waived and absolutely barred.
The person who placed the order will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery slot on a given day is any time between 8am and 6pm.

Whilst every effort will be made by Cubiclefittings.co,uk to ensure that the correct quantity and quality of goods are delivered within a timely manner to the buyer, neither Cubiclefittings.co,uk or the manufacturer shall be liable for any damages caused by such omissions or delays.
All cases of force majeur such as wars, riots, strikes, lockouts, bankruptcy, fire, water damage, delay in transport, lack of means of transport, breakdown in factories or those of our suppliers or any other unforeseeable events give us the right to postpone the fulfilment of the contract, as well as to cancel it partially or wholly without thereby conferring on the Buyer the right to claim damages against Cubiclefittings.co.uk or the manufacturers.

If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched from the manufacture / distributor you could be liable for restocking and/or transport costs.

|Returns Policy : Goods may be returned for whatever reason* subject to the buyer notifying Cubiclefittings.co,uk in writing, within 7 days of receipt of the goods that they wish cancel the order. The goods will only be accepted for restocking if they are undamaged and in the original unopened packaging and a 30% handling charge is payable. The goods must be returned at the buyer's expense, via their chosen courier. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. |

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. Law The contract between Cubiclefittings.co,uk and the Buyer shall be deemed to have been made at the registered office of Cubiclefittings.co,uk, Units 5-7 Luton Street, Liverpool. L5 9XR.
All contracts subject to these Conditions between the Buyer and Cubiclefittings.co.uk, shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with English law and the Buyer hereby agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in respect of all claims, disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with any such contract
